Second Valley beach oil painting was created from one of the many reference photos I took while staying in Second Valley in South Australia on a family holiday. The sun is shining on the hill in the background reflecting a golden colour and the ocean is a gorgeous blue. Second Valley is a small beach on the Fleurieu Peninsula where I enjoyed many holidays as a child. The painting is varnished for protection.
